Hi Blackjack First of all in early September I ordered for 2 movies - Das Chalis ki Last Local and Eklavya. Das Chalis was unavailable as it was in circulation, while Eklavya was in VCD only. So I told them to send Eklavya and an English movie - Butterfly Effect. The movies came after a gap of almo...st a week. Eklavlya did not run as the disk was scratched and I was able to watch Butterfly Effect only the next weekend as they could not send these movies in time. When I called them up to tell about the scratched disk they told me that they will send Eklavya DVD when it comes to them. Before I could return these two movies, Star Gold beat them to it by broadcasting Das Chalis ki Last Local and also Eklavya.So the next choice for me was asking for 2 movies - Shootout at Lokhandwala and Life in a Metro. Sadly, this time too they took so much time that Star Gold beat them to it by broadcasting Shootout at Lokhandwala. So, the point is, if I can watch these movies on my Tata Sky then what is the use of subscribing to a service that is so laid-back and unresponsive and short on inventory. Even a small thing like checking whether the disk is scratched or not before sending over to the member is also not done by them - and don't forget the amount of time and money you lose in calling them up or putting the request on-line. So in frustration I cancelled the membership and now am repenting as they have not given my security deposit till now. Hope that solves your query. Thanks DevlinRead More
