This is for the upper management of Eureka Forbes. Hope they get to read this. The reason most of the Indian companies fail to grow into international ones despite having good products is they do not care about their customers. Due to India’s large population they do not depend upon goodwill an...d repeat customers. But ultimately this will lead to mistrust on the part of customers which will cost the company. I will never again purchase Eureka Forbes products and will discourage anyone from doing so in future.
