Pathetic service and dealer experience

i was planning to buy the Bolero, but after reading the reviews on MS am quite unsure if i should go ahead. i wish Mahindra' had someone to respond to non-positive reviews, so that potential customers get confidence that the company does make efforts to address customer concerns.
