Hi Lilyput1, It's not just the product you are buying, support is equally important till it's warranty expires. You can think that i've reviewed my N91 life-cycle completely. Moreover, bad things are to be told first. Good things you'll enjoy as you use it. Guess i've answered your comment.

Am using my N91 from last four months and quite happy with that. I dont'have any complaints when it comes to it's features except occasional hangs but that will happen if you don't close the application properly.
