Please remind yourself about my mails and telephone conversation regarding the reimbursement of medical bills and ID card issues. On both the occasions your team had failed miserably. I am yet to hear from ...yourself about the reimbursement issue. And about the ID card issue, you acted only when this review was posted! also, your current post is a misrepresentation of facts. I am not discussing about the policy with the original ID. This was a request made by myself for a duplicate ID as the original was stolen. The mail and calls were made in March end 2011.
