Times Packers and Movers

Hey dude, it is not that people always share only their bad experience here. They also share some good ones. Let me tell u about my experience with ’’Times Packers & Movers’’. I got a trasfer from Noida to Mumbai. Time was short and I have 2 shift everything, I came 2 know about Times Pack...ers from my next door who has shifted recently. I have given all my Household & Car to Times Packers along with the payment. To my surprise : 1-They did not pack any thing in front of me, they said they will pack in their godown. 2-The people who came for pick up are all illiterate and do not even know how to right english, how to right the invoice/bill, after much fight they have given the bill with huge cutting/corections. 3-They have taken 23 days to deliver my car & 27 days for my household after daily followup with them over phone. 4-To be honest they do not have their own carriers, my car by the road driven by their driver though they have taken money for trasfering by carrier and household came by a local carrier of Haryana. 5-They have fully damaged my car with 2 big dents, the driver had spoilt the interiers with cigarate buds and burnt all over the seat covers. 6- I have issued they written complain for the damage to be reimbursed but till date nothing has been coveyed from their end, I may approach the cosumer court with the video/picture of my vehicle for claiming the damage. 7- When contacted at their top level at Kolkata there is also no response. 8-There is one Mr. Dillip Das(at Gurgaon) & Mr. Pradeep Agarwal(at kolkata). They both are idiots of the highest order. Their Bangalore office though called the corporate office is complete useless, they will just provide u the telephone numbers of different people. There is one Mr. Chattarjee who will say all my seniors and I can't do any thing. No way Times Packers have any professionlism by any matter. It is a full sick company run by idiots.Read More
