Finally got back my Z1 from service centre after 3 months awaiting & so much follow up with service centre. Added invoice in review as can't add image here.I was told that it is no longer water proof after the service, though flaps seal was replaced. Service guys say that mine is first Z1 compac...t to be serviced as they discontinued this model. I was charged Rs.2,300/- for battery replacement and total service.Read More

Forwarded same above message to SONY CUSTOMER CARE.Today got call from Authorized Service guy to handover my mobile, so that they will see what is gone wrong with it. Will update service details later, once my phone repair done.
