k guys d mileage figure is same.....38 and 40kmpl at speeds of 60 kmph...... will wait for d third service i guess and will see what happens. Have exams nw and have to concentrate on that... later.....

i went to the hh service station an saturday, 27th feb. I got the air filter cleaned. When I told the guy about the mileage, he sad that for Hunk, mileage is around 45 and that 42 is ok for upto 60kmph riding and that after that mileage drops. THANKS YASH AROOA. I'll be goin to my HH service station on saturday since I had informed them about this problem and they called me saying that tuning may need to bo done. I'll also get the carb and air filter cleaned. Thanks Daniel

Ravi, thanks a lot for your guidlines. Yes, I do have good riding habits and I monitor the tyre air pressure. I changed engine oil at 740 and 2300 kms. Spark plug was checked at the second service on the 23rd of jan. I don't think clutch plates should be an issue bcoz I have just completed over 3200... kms. How would I perform points 5,6,7,8? Should I take it to the HH service centre and checked. Plz explain what is 'air screw setting'. Thank you once again for ur advise and time. P.S.: Where are you based? I live in Goa.Read More
