Absolutely right. I regret having chosen Star City. My Star city started giving problem after 11 months of purchase. Crank Shaft failed. Though it was under warranty, TVS dealer charged me around rs.2300 saying that it is labour and fitting charges. But even after this, the problem remained and i wa...s told to replace the strainer. Now every 10 days I had to visit the TVS service dealer to tighten the strainer to reduce the noise. Awful bike, dont ever go for this. Service is very bad.Read More

Absolutely true. Dont get misled by the high quality pictures on their website. Thoroughly misleading. The product you will get will be of very poor quality.

Bike not worth the price

Well. everyone has commented only on the mileage part. Why does the crank shaft fail in 13 months of purchase. My friend callmesnake has commented on improper servicing. But please read that i have mentioned that all the services were regular and on time and moreover all the services were done only ...at TVS. I dont know how one can maintain the bike better.
