Hey Kushal, The manufacturers are busy selling of their products to get a market share. Once the products are sold we customers have to run behind the dealer and the company to get our money back. As if we have all the time in the world for this. I am in Muscat and I wonder the way deale...r sells things. If he sells a defective stuff to you, you have all the right to go back and demand replacement and he does without saying anything. If he refuses we can complain to the municipality who will get his license confiscated. Its time we have something like this in our country as this will cut down on such practices. They say customer is the King. Does the king deserve to run around like this.Read More

I agree with this as I too had bad experience with them. I had purchased an LG refrigerator and they had delivered the same on time. They were supposed to open the pack and show the product to me to ensure that the same had no damage. Instead they just came, delivered the item and left. When the ins...tallation person from LG came he was shocked to see that the pack was not opened. Even he told me that even they face the same problem with Girias. Hence, if you are buying from them, then you better be prepared for the unexpected.Read More
