A 7% return is not assured in this policy, also here the lock-in period is 28 yrs which is bad. You should always invest in something which has high liquidity.. I would rather go for 1 crore term plan form SBI life or Aviva and keep the whole amount in equity fund if you have 28 yrs long term plan o...r in debt fund if you want liquidity, or even in liquid funds which gives 9% IRR, and you et get the whole money in 1 day...SO never go with in life insurance which includes investment...Read More
