Your rehearsed response makes no sense till the problem is solved. Pureit has the worst customer service. I don't know why I ordered it when i was very happy with my Eureka Forbes. Your technical support team is incompetent and don't know how to repair it and end up messing with it. On top of that w...hy should any product start giving problem within three months of purchase when I had an aqua-guard for last so many years. This speaks volume for the quality of the product. In these 3 months I have launched more then 8 complaints regarding tank not filling up or it have stopped pumping water.. every time your engineer fixes the problems temporary due to lack of knowledge and not technically sound ... and now within a week it has stopped filtering water and taste of water have drastically gone down...I am going to take that water out, get it tested at a lab and prove your stupid claim wrong.Read More
