Food was below average. Service was mediocre. Cleanliness was pathetic.(There were cockroaches on my seat.). The speed was good but the train shook at intervals causing disruptions inside the train. For the price , it doesn't meet my expectations.

There is no frequent trains till virar. Trains keeps cancelling or 80% of the time it's late. It's getting overcrowded because of changing schedule and inappropriate delay.
