Booked flat in sanskriti in 2010 after 10 years of long waiting still did not get what I thought would be a dream home. This fraud Builder issued offer of possession and took complete payment of house and did not complete the work in my flat, I had to put additional 2 lakh from my pocket and got the work completed myself in order to take possession otherwise they would have never given me the keys still no facilities available in the society.

Waiting for flat in casa royal noida since last 10 years. Now he has declared himself bankrupt. Very unrealiable builder and fraud shadab khan. Now he launching projects with new company name and cheating people again. Beware people.

Booked 3BHK in Tower A - 1250 sqft and got the possession letter too. My experience with Earthcon Constructions is quite good. I like the project's amenities they are providing and moreover team is very supportive in decision making.

Believe me guys this was the best property in terms of quality and money. happy to get possession letter now. I would surely recommend for buying an apartment in Sanskriti. Eagerly waiting to shift there:)

I know one of my friend who invested in this Earthcon project. He was told by the company that you will get possession on 14th august 2015 but even today the project is not delivered. He goes to builder every time they simply make him wait for ours and then a sales manager comes and said every time you go there that you will get your flat within 3 months from now. But I am surprised that there 3 months commitment is not fulfilled from the past 1.5 years. So I suggest all of you check always the builder history before booking any flats

We booked 2 BHK in Earthcon Sanskriti recently after visited so many builder sites, these days its really risky to invest your hard earned money in property because of so many cheaters but now we are relaxed that we invested our money at correct place.really happy.

Earthcon has its residential projects in many location of Delhi-NCR, I visited their Greater Noida Project - Earthcon Sanskriti in 2015. The apartments were in full construction and they were promising to give the possession by the end of 2017 and the most amazing part is they provided Possession of Tower A & B of Sanskriti on time.

The staff of this builder is very good and polite. They thoroughly explained us all the projects details and facilities they will give to the owners of apartments in their flat.

I was looking for property in greater noida. for this I have done some research work. compared some projects through all aspects like possession time, location and builder reputation and after that decided to go for Earthcon Sanskriti. I have gone through the project details and it seems nice luxury project from Earthcon. Also they are offering offer of possesion immediately.
