I have now completed one year in my RED DEVIL and I am only left with immense satisfaction about the product to report. My car is a head turner wherever I go, though it has got a dent and couple of scratches, it remains spotless from distance. First Issue: I had a small problem when my horn sud...denly stopped working, it was a Sunday and I wasn't very hopeful about a repair. I gave it a try and to my surprise my dealer DSC didn't have an office which was closer to my residence open, even though it was an emergency number that I tried. I gave a call to Kun Hyundai and they were ready to oblige. I took my car to Kottivakkam which was closer to my home (Velachery) and they repaired the horn in 40 minutes and the best part was that they didn't charge or ask for any bills or anything at all. Second Issue: For the past one week, my car is making some noise while I drive in third gear or apply brakes, I am not sure of the noise though so I am going to check with DSC when my car goes there for free service. Overall the mileage I get in city with ac on all the time is between 12 to 13, the mileage jumps when you drive in highways and it's closer to 18. I am a happy Hyundai customer, if only I had chosen Kun over DSC, I would have been a happier customer :)Read More

Delivery should be pretty quick at least in Chennai it is being the place where it gets manufactured. Actually, when you book they write the chasis number of the vehicle in the booking form itself, that's how fast it is. Normally you should get your vehicle in 4 days + 1 day for fitting the acces...sories + 1 day to take the car to RTO for registration = 6 to 7 days. In fact you can take your care for registration if you wish. I would be very surprised, it if takes more than 7 days. Push your dealersRead More

Hi Vinay, Here is some information that I know 1. Banks do give you 100% finance options on select models. Recently HDFC offered this but you check with other banks as well. 2. If you take 3 lakhs as loan with 5 year tenure, then your EMI would be 6450/-. Again, you can incrase your tenure ...to seven years to reduce your EMI. First, you visit a bank in which you have a salary account and then discuss the rates. Secondly, sit with the dealer and look at his options and then decide. Hope this helps. Finally, Congrats on deciding to go for XETA.Read More

I am gonig to buy my first Car and have decided on two models. 1. Indica XETA GLG BSIII 2. Alto Lxi I wanted to go for Alto Lxi initially as M800 was outdated and I wanted a car with better space and looks but still match my budget of around 3.5 Lakhs but that changed when I started to know a...bout Xeta. Though all the reivews about the car is good, the thing that worries me is the dealer attitude and number of dealers in the city. There are only three dealers in the city and I think their numbers are limited as compared with Maruti's. 1) Concorde 2) Prerna 3) Manipal I have been reading the reviews about them and that's not encouraging at all. Again, I don't know whether I should worry about the dealers this much but can someone who has purchased the car in Bangalore, clarify and tell me where they got their car from and what they feel about the dealers? Mbasrur can help, may be Secondly, can someone tell me what is the difference between GLS BSIII and GLG BSIII and which one should one go for. Thanks for all your help.Read More
