I think therez no point in blaming customer care people for this. They are recruited for their English speaking capability and are equivalent to sales rep. Being known that your are in ECS industry, I understand that you blame ICICI bank for no reason. Once an ICICI customer has opted for ECS, then ICICI bank is supposed to pay any amount (not more than twice the previous request) by Airtel. They donot know whether the requested amount is correct or n...ot, unless I claim it to be wrong. I have spoke to Airtel customer care recently (when they came to me for feedback), and they understood this situation and have assured me that they would look into it. Please don't let ur mouth wide open, until u are very sure about something. Is it that since u r in ECS department, there is no chance for Airtel to commit a mistake?????Read More

You are correct. Now a days, i nvr read tamil dailies. Esp ThinaMalar, a daily with full shit. They nvr even bother to use, very local language in their front page.
