Sorry for this bro... but there are many other ISP's that provide faster internet.. Try it and you will believe it..I have used 3 ISP's including beam and the download speeds were 'beam gave 200kb/s for a 2MBPS package' and the other ISP gave me 1mb/s for a 2MBPS package.
