Update: It's been 8 months and I'm still loving this phone! I dropped it a couple times and my dog stole it a few times as well, but it still works fine and no cracks have appeared anywhere. Guess it helps to keep it in a good cover, though!

No, not because I don't know the people at Sri Nakoda Electrics 'personally' but because I don't know what sort of after-sales service they provide. What if I give them 5 stars based on a very limited interaction, then someone else buys a product based on a 5 star rating only to get... let down by bad after-sales service? That would not be fair.
I wrote an honest review based on my personal experience, I did not set out to stroke the egos of the individuals at Sri Nakoda Electrics with a PR spiel. If you pay attention to Mouthshut's rating system, you'll see that 3 stars is 'Good.'
That said, it is common knowledge that many sellers give little or no after-sales service. I went through hell to get a refund on a botched order from IndiaTimes, as the seller in Delhi had given fraudulent contact information and could not be reached directly. I'm certain that particular seller believes in his stony, black heart that I had no right to complain about the botched order and unreachable phone number. He's likely scratching his head to this day wondering why he didn't get a 5 star rating.
If I require after-sales service from Sri Nakoda Electrics in the future and receive it appropriately, I'll write another positive review for them based on that experience.
It is not difficult to correctly and promptly process an order, especially when the buyer provides complete and correct shipping information, but after-sales service is equally important and when purchasing appliances it's not uncommon for buyers to require such service somewhere down the line.
It's a shame that so many expect a 5 star rating for minimal efforts. I'm sure the racist, communal lumpens who misappropriate public funds, cheat and abuse commuters or mistreat kirana shoppers on a daily basis also think they deserve 5 stars.
