I received an email from the credit department guy immediately after Dassera stating that he will follow up for the refund of the excess processing fee charged and the same will happen within 4 working days...its almost a month and no one is responding to my queries either, including the AVP of the ...Chembur branch...supposedly 'HDFC Bank cares and is working closely with Mouthshut to achieve customer satisfaction' - at least thats what their ad / caption on MS says - just an eyewash and all advertising jargon, nothing else!!!Read More
