The most caring bank of consumer
HDFC Bank Ltd (HDFC)

They are good for Credit Cards and Loans.you know why. But. You just face one issue with your account and you will regret forever for why did you open an account with this bank. I have personal experiences. My account was debited but the other party never received the money. It took me 10 days, ...Rs 450 to call them and a lot of frustration to get my money back. O God, the customer representatives were so bad! I was charged for every call as they do not have toll free support. Every time I called and asked a query, they put me on hold for minutes, then they responded in a rude manner and sometimes they disconnected the call while I was still speaking. Really sick. They don't just know how to talk to customers. The day I received my money, I closed my account ASAP. Seriously friends it was a horrible experience.Read More

Yes, I completely agree. HDFC customer support is one of the worst.they are rude, they are hardly helpful, they hardly know much about the processes of the bank.they harldy appear/sound confident about what they speak.in short, they are useless.
