Dear All, This is the reply for the query raised on Nov. 2, 2007 about Ittina Neela. The project was handed over during 2006. The company has a policy of attending to any construction defects within one year from the date of handing over. If any defects are found afterwards or if it is due to ...bad maintenance, the same has to be attended by the Flat Owners / Maintenance Company / Association. If any Flat owners bring to our notice any specific defects which were not attended before this one year period, we will rectify the same free of cost. For Ittina Neela we have no contract with Association or Gold Coin Club for maintenance. It is left to the Association or the Residents decision. We are in no way connected with either the Association or Gold Coin Club. For all the maintenance issues, Residents have to contact the Maintenance Company.
