Hi My brother did MCA from IGNOU in 2005. He got a chance to appear in Satyam. It was a big crowd in thousands and finally 400 students were selected after technical written exam, group discussion and technical interview. My brother was one of those 400. In HR interview, he was asked whether it wa...s a regular course and he said no. At the same instant he was disqualified. He literally cried over there and wanted to prove that he has crossed so many rounds and he has that caliber which you are looking for then why is this discrimination. But he was not given any answer and he returned home. He has faced similar situation in other companies too and is totally broken down today as he is not able to find good job.
