I am the biggest fan of Dell and also a proud owner of the same laptop that you own. I have had great service and was trying to convert my other non-Dell friends into believing in Dell, but sadly your review does not convey the positives nor do they highlight the immediate advantages of dell systems... like 24 hour phone help with no extra fees like other companies namely SONY and TOSHIBA, or the ease to develop your own system like only another company Gateway.
