I amiled twice to question.in@... but got no response from Sony india . . Regarding changng the handset. Service center has denied , purchsing shop says beyond him.. so dont who will change the handset . . Snaps comes good only when taken with normal focus (Without zoom) and at outdoor, otherwise there are lots of coloured dots . OIs it same for you guys .

Is it true that ur guys equalizer fetures normal boost mega boost voice treble boost sound same, with new SE software version. thats what Service center told me .. Sony is not supportingthis feature with new software version

My experience :- STILL BAD SIGNAL, call drops , airtel blames handset , gothardware change , still problem, Not sure where to go.
