the bike costs close to 10k usd man. if yamaha can pull a stunt like kinetic did then i guess we can have it for like 6 lacs. the yamaha showrooms in bangalore are sellin vmaxs for 8+lacs.

i guess they are all booked. and if they are all booked i am sure kinetic will bring in more bikes. ive been buggin them since october :)

thats not true man. 7 bikes sold in bangalore and 4 bikes were sold to outsiders. bookings have not stopped. they havent sold all the 100 bikes and they are plannin to increase it to 200 bikes.

agree with you. aquila makes a good cruiser and an rd makes a good street bike. also agree that the vtwins produce a smoother torque curve compared to the rds inline twin.

Folks' I have both an aquila and an rd. an rd is still the most awesome thing to have been sold in india. its seriously not fair to be comparin an aquila to it. 2 stroke 350 against a 4 stroke 250. street to a cruiser. anyway(ill do my bit of comparison as well :) )... ive liked the aquila...Read more
