I PURCHASED A NEW 30 LITRE MICROWAVE OVEN ONLY FOUR MONTHS BACK. THE OVEN STOPPED WORKING AND ACCORDINGLY I LODGED COMPLAIN ON 14.08.11. MY COMPLAIN NO. KL 0811007316.


IN LAST THREE WEEKS I MADE ATLEAST 30 PHONE CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE AND LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE. EVERY TIME THEY SAY THE OVEN WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN 24 HRS. ALL FALSE COMMITMENT... NOW THEY SAY SOME PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. NON AVAILABOLITY OF PART IS NOT MY FAULT.... WHY I SHOULD BE SUFFERER. NOW I FEEL I HAVE DONE A MISTAKE BY PURCHASING WHIRLPOOL MACHINE.
