i have made the recharge of 3G as given on the website of Rs. 247, no amount or data received, while talking on cust. care, they said no recharge is of Rs. 247, then they said do it worth Rs. 255, I again did it with Rs.255 and then they said it also does not exist and later they said I should do with Rs. 201 for one week, then I tried to make that recharge, rcom.in is not accepting such recharge, why they are harassing the cust. with limited knowledge if they don’t have prior knowledge of their service and product.Kindly help me, Because I have already lost a lot of money in this matter and loosing interest on Reliance. I don’t want to do this. Need immediate help guys.
