Air india plane crash landed today morining at 6.30Am .
Death toll is expected 160.
Cause of accidant runway is table top.
Will it happen again. YES this airport is on a hill and tabletop and also the runway is not
enough and in future also there will be crash land.
valley of death is mangalore airport. Yes I have seen this airport while landing one can
see the steep valley and thanks for the good navigaton by pilots accidants wont take place.
IS IT SAFE TO LAND PLANE ON MANGALORE AIRPORT IN FUTURE.
Not at all,common sense should prevail,it is not a miliatry airport where in each landing take
place precision and where as commercial plane and the nature of pilots are usually easy going
and they dont bother much while landing but tabel top is really worst possible.
OUR AIRMINISTRY SHOULD TAKE NOTICE.
Mangalore runway has to extend by another 2 km otherwise it is better to shut this airport once for all.
MAGNALORE AIRPORT MAY SUIT FOR SMALL PLANES NOT FOR
It is time for the time being no landing permission be given for big planes only smaller aircraft which need short runway and helicopter be given permission to land.
AIRMINISTRY IS TOTALLY INDIFFRENT TO THIS AIRPORT.
Inspite of knowing very well that there is valley that is quite steep and rainy and also tabletop runway is just dangerous.
LIFE HAS NO VALUE AND NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN .
Yes in india death has no value,it is because of the shorter runway this accidant took place,there should be discount for every error and long runway is the only answer to avert
accidant.
160 death while landing and it is just five hours it happened.
i cant imagine the pain and cry of each passenger who could actually feel the death slowly and certianly because it was not possible to exit in the burning plane.
