false promises with wrong billing

The name vodaphone was quite amusing after hutch and thought the Services would be very excellent.  But to my surprise it turned to be Vadaphone not Vodaphote, stale promises and unreliable services. The story goes on ...


I have been a content consumer for the past 5 years until recently one franchise of Vodaphone M/s. Expertease Solutions at Bandra  issued a SIM card with a number XYZ , to me thru his Man Mr.Tanjan Bhangare on collectection of Rs.300/-.  But  when he gave the SIM care it contained another no.ABC.  so I called up M/s.Expertease Solution, to take back the SIM card  he told me to retain the same and will activate the same on my Original mobile no.  While I DID NOT open the SEAL of the SIM card nor  used it till date, to my utter SURPRISE, I found a huge bill coming in my name & address for Rs. 8215.85 after 2 months.  I went to the Vodaphone gallery and the attendant seemingly registered my complaint without giving me any number.  After  few days from the billing section call came for payment, so we explained about the problem and he said they will look into it.  After a month another bill followed with Rs.11,000/- and again I logded a complaint to Vodaphone gallery but to my surprise there was no complaint registered earlier, so Ms.Aparna Swamy took my complaint and gave me complaint no. 395356110 and assured me that action will be taken against the person using the above number on my name.  All those days I was under the impression that my complaint has been registered and investigation going on.  But it was a pure humburg!  A real cheat to harrass innocent customer using my name and address to serve their purpose.  So inspite of so many followups done and again visiting them after 10 days met Mr.lalit, who again lodged the complaint .  They sent one Executive from legal Cell to investigate and on hearing my problem, assured me that he will look into the matter and there is no need to pay for the unused SIM card.  But till today no action has been taken and I am mentally harrassed further by their now sending a legal notice to pay an amount of Rs.11938.95 for not using the sealed SIM card.  I feel the franchise using Vodaphone's name is in handin glove with the customer to whom he has given the SIM Card in my name.  This poor  service of Vodaphone is all corrupt  and I encourage all users to be careful of their services and schemes.
