i just wanted to make you guys aware of the experiance I had with Aamron batteries. its the worst of kind of treatment you are providing to your customers.
I purchased a battery on 1/10/2011 from delhi. the dealer popli baatteries(receipt attached) sold me a battery for my santro car. it has a worranty of 18+ 18 Months. Just after 19 month from the date of purchase my batries stopped working. I called up aamon Customercare Noida. and Your customer care executive Mr. Basant Kumar was very helpful. he tried his best to solve the problem. He reffred me to Mr Lamba(9411876105). who told me that my battery cannnot be come under warranty as it was a 32 ampere battery and its not fit for SANTRO. This is a new information to me. I called up the dealer and he said that he is feeling sorry about this and he accept his mistake. but still he says that he will only replace battery after charging 2000/- as my battery is 19 month old now.
My question is I didn't told the deler to give me a battery which is not suited for My vehicle. he installed it in my vehicle at his own. now its his mistake due to which my battery went down just after 19 months, then why shopuld I pay for it.???
anyway no one want to replace my battery. they all want to charge 2000 or 1800 from me and then only replace my batteries. I am paying 1800 to noida guy to replace my battery but I will definately put my experiance with Amron batteries on Mouthshut.com and facebook and will write personl blog for this.
this is a kind of cheating which happens with me. This is a battery dealer at dwarka sector 5, New delhi. Please be aware from this dealer. his receipt is in attachment.
