i have placed a order on indiaplaza.com the order number is I04031201093.
the order was showing the status of shipped and authorizing vendor too.
i called up the website which told me that half the order is shipped and half is to be will I really fail to understand the reason behind it.
not just this the order was supposed to be sent in 7 days which are already over and this is not just once I had also placed the order for Enter Wireless Bluetooth Headset -E-B200 order number I09031201756 which was supposed to be shipped in 24 hours which took 48 hours which was told to me when I called the sales executive.
and also previously they own there own have canceled the order saying its a technical error.
with the resent experience with the website I would not at all recommend to trust the time duration given on the websites and not to sure of your order till the time it reaches you in hand.
one more thing I would like to mention these guys don’t have any system of informing the customer about the shipment details by mails or sms which all the other reputed websites do.
last time when I raised the point indiaplaza said they had policy to send the mail or sms but the practical experience shows they don’t have such things in there system.
hope who read this will get an idea to shop on there own risk and order accordingly.
