I purchased fashion capri from fbb store last week . it was of such a bad and poor quality material that the stitching on the sides came – off in less than half an hour after wearing it . I did not do any gymnastics after wearing the capri but yet the stitch was ripped off and torn within minutes of wearing it . . such poor quality of clothing material and stitching is not found even in clothes sold by street-side hawkers and footpath vendor . . and here is a branded retail shop who is selling such low quality clothing and dresses at rs. 400 ! ! . I have never bought garments or clothing from bigbazaar stores earlier . . and I will never buy clothes from any future-store in the future , . and I will appeal to all customers to avoid future - retail outlets , . they seem to be cheating and duping customers by selling low standard dresses , . the company which can sell such clothing material at rs. 4 0 0 /- , from a branded retail store should be labeled as a cheat and fraud ! !
after this experience , I do not even want to exchange my capri for some other dress , . I want and demand full refund of my money , . if required I will also ask for compensation and a penalty for harassment and cheating . .
the standard of the dress is such that it is not even fit to be used as a mop ( mopping cloth ) to clean the floor of the house , . and bigbazar is selling such substandard clothing for rs. 400 /- . . I believe all the dress and clothing at their stores are sub-standard ( sub – standard quality material ) . .
even the roadside vendors are more trustworthy , . you can trust road – side hawker selling cheap clothing ( they sell low cost but highly durable material ) , . I would rather advise customers that they can sometimes trust foot-path hawkers but never to trust these branded chain showrooms , . their aim is to make quick money by duping customers , .
so people should avoid fbb , f b b , big bazaar , pantaloons , and other stores from the future-group , .
