i have paid my bill on friday july 11th through credit card and I have confirmed the payment from the customer service executive today..but im not able to make out going calls yet till today 13th sunday july..i called rthe customer care at 12 and placed a complaint and I was said tHAT THERE WAS A TECHNIUCAL PREOBLEM ND I WOULD GET MY OUT GOIN ACTIVATED in 3 hours..its been six hours and yet its not activated..just now I called again to the customer care and asked for activation...one of the executive gives an answer --- if not 3 hours it takes six hours...if not six then 3 hours more...now the time is 18.47pm...i dont know how many days nd hours I should wait for the activation.then I said to himn directly that the answer he gave was not proper nd it swague nd I requested for a better answer.he said that he has only that information and he is transferring the call to asenior person...after so long waiting for more than 8 mins he answerd me and his behaviour was different...the first question I asked was..why its taking more time to get my activated..he could not give an answer which iu could understand..probably no one could understand.......i doubt if he understood wat he spoke...then he dint give me any assurance of my phone activation..i asked him confirm me how much more time I ned to wait...he couldnt nd he blabbers some thing...next ia sked about the billing cycle...no compny in india gives a billing cycle ibn the end of the month..ny company in india gives a bill payment date in the first week of every month ..or 15th of everymonth..but reliance gives me due date of 29th every month...i have 4 connection from reliance and I pay an approx bill of more vthan 10 000 every month...how can I pay such a huge amount at the month ending..does eliance gives the salary to their employees in the month ending....then how nonsesnse it is..the same thing I said to him..he says the bill dte cant be changed..why cant it b changed...does every reliance customer has the same...inspite of many requests reliance even does not respond to this question of mine..i dont know which higher official to contact in reliance..at least I have to try out a consumer court..nd thirdly the behaviour of the second execurtive..he speaks very rudely..and wen I point out at his wague answers of courtse I cant call them answers he sayd that ia m using an unparliamentary language..then I asked him say me some words to say taht my language is unparliamentary...he siad that I used the word stupid......of course I am doctor and I dint use any such words...tio escape he did a clever planning......he some how made an argument and ende the call...does this mean customer service....or is it customer harassment.....how can areputed company hire such foolish people...who doesnt know how to speak.wats wrong with relince-the largest netwrk in india...is this the way the people behave in reliance.......i request the concerned authorities to take action against theese people..and see that services are responded promptly..lets see how may more hours I need to wait for my out going calls activation
