I bought a 50 inch micromax LED.Within a month the LeD screen got a problem.I contacted the custumer care service. Some service individuals came after 10 days.saw d problem.told us about d screen's problem nd said dat dey would come again within a week after getting some components of the TV.but dey never came back.Now it's been 2 months.v r calling dem again and again.dey always tell to attend d problem shortly.but. Never come.I have pledged not to take any product of Micromax again nd request d others to do d same!
