Dear Friends,
I am looking forward to read good novels. I want your valuable suggestions as to which one should I add to my "to-be-read" list... along with a short synopsis, please.
Is there any pattern that you follow before choosing a book to read... Which genres attract you more, and why? What are your favorite books, and why?
Nostalgia
I never had knack for reading till the time I started my graduation. During my college days, I chanced upon a book called - "Men are from mars and Women are from venus"... It was the topic of the day almost every alternate day. I wondered why? Then, a friend lend me that book and I read it... Yes I started it with a non-fiction.. yeah I agree, it was related to love and romance... indirectly. :P
Anyways, that was my bit.. but it made me fall in love with "Learning new words".. I became an addict to the dictionary and I made my own dictionary... That's how my love for reading started... and then MS crept in.. and rest all is history. :)
So, let's get going and discuss our love for books, genres, writers, writing style, why do you read, why you love reading.... I know I am repeating myself... but that is to make sure that I get loads of experience here from my favorite writers, friends and critics....
