Dear All,
Request you not to give any Sony and Panasonic products for repair to Telecare - Kothrud - Pune service station.
Taken 4 months for not repairing the camera and charging service amount.
Not got a single call from them about the status. I was calling everytime to get the update. Every time I was getting differrent answers from them.
Atlast they have told me we are not getting the parts.
Worst worst service not at all having knowledge as well as worth engineers.
