Recently I had to make an urgent trip to hyderabad for some reason. since it was not pre-planned I bought general class tickets for travelling. it was around 9 in the evening when I reached on the platform and there were already people standing in the queue. so I also joined them. there were two police officers for the security and management. after sometime a guy came and said he can get us window seats for 50 rupees. I went to one of the officers and complained about him but he didn't pay any attention. later when the train came on the platform that guy took those few people along who gave him money and made them get on the train while others were still standing. after few minutes police allowed rest of us to get in. while getting in the train many people left the queue and started trying to get in before others and hence creating big chaos there and police was just watching all this but doing nothing. that was really a bad experience and I am very disappointed by behavior of police officers.
