Why do I expect a bit more from MS.

At the outset, thank you for the encouraging responses to my latest review. It was specifically interesting to read the comments on why I was agitated on the lack of response from MS or its office bearers. I have to clarify my stand because there is a lot of corridor discussion which is not reflecting my thought process. So here it from the horses mouth.


Here is my reason or do I say my reasons:




  • MS has a platform that allows corporates to participate and interact with the consumers especially Brand Managers etc. So there is a platform that MS has created, could it not have been used to bring reprieve. This is not an appeal for my issue only, its for all the scores of folks who are cornered by insensitive organizations and corporations




  • Would I have been the first one to make this request to MS? I am sure I am not. I just got a lot more vocal about my expectation




  • 22 reviews later and with months of desperation and agony of toiling against these folks, what is the harm in expecting a forum to help me a bit more when I felt I was cornered completely? If you were in my place, each of those who are considering my request as misplaced, would you not have considered it? Its not my first review or experience of MS, I may not be 100 reviews old, but have I wronged so much in expecting, to say the least a slightly better response. I have used this platform to air my grievances and share my satisfaction on numerous occasions. Am I so very wrong in expecting a bit more support? I expected that from the consumer form and Legal Voice too. Why isnt it anyway talking about reforming those channels....






On hindsight, maybe I was expecting too much...
