Hello Friends,

In today's scenario there are many candidates who are really confused with their further studies after qualifying their graduation. The first question arise in the mind of students after the declaration of Graduation results is "Should I go for MBA?".

Now please settle down at your place and take a deep breath because I'm going to answer this question and also going to support my answer with few valid reasons.

The answer is "No".

Now you all want to know the reason for this "BIG NO".

I want to tell you guys that you all have the answer of this question with you only.

Many of you go for MBA studies because either your parents want you to do MBA or your friends are going for MBA studies that's why you are going to follow an unknown direction, which you do not know that where this direction will lead you.

I have met various students who were pursuing their MBA program but they were really not willing to do because after taking admission in MBA they realized that they are not for MBA studies.

Reasons-

1) There are lot of candidates who join MBA institutes just for the sake of their parents or friends.

And it's not their parent's fault because Indian society has already misguided majority of the parents that after the completion of MBA your child will get good salaried job.

2) Students also have misconception in their mind that after MBA they will directly get hired for senior position in top companies.

Wrong Attitude of MBA post graduated students

1) MBA graduates always have wrong attitude with them because they always think that they are post graduates therefore, companies are going to hire them with attractive packages.

2) MBA graduates also generate a misconception in their minds that they are going to get hired for senior level designation in big organizations.

What should the students do after graduation?

  • After the completion of graduation you all need to join any organization and try to find the sector in which you get fit such as Finance, Marketing, Hr. Because before having practical knowledge you can not decide that you have specialized in a particular field.

  • Many people have one and common major misunderstanding that if they are good with calculations then they are born for finance only.

I am really in oppose with such kind of people because finance is for those people who have good logical reasoning skills and who have the ability to analyze the future trends on the basis of present and historical statistical data.

  • After taking work minimum one year of experience choose your area of specialization and simultaneously try to appear for competitive examinations to get admitted in TOP-20 Business Schools in India.

  • Do not get misguided by the people who are working in educational institutions because they always try to full the admission seats of their college and they want only your money. They are not bothered that whether you will get placed or not because institutions are paying them from the money which you are gonna pay to colleges.

At the end I would like to suggest that first take 1 year of experience and then think about your area of interest and then go for MBA from one of the best institution.

Thank you all.
