When our cities will get rid of political banners?

XXX wishes happy birthday to XXX.

XXX wishes XXX for his XXX achievement.

XXX wishes XXX for getting elected on XXX.

These political birthday banners get on my nerves all time. Who the hell gives permission to display these banners on each & every corner, divider, island? Is putting up such banners is legal? Does municipal corporation permits it? Do they are charged? Do they have time frame? Whose scope of work to remove these banners? I have seen many of them hanging even after 1 month is over from the birthday date. Do corporation levy fine on these banners if they do not removed on given date?

I am sure these people must be getting immense pleasure when they spoil beauty of the city with these banners. New age Vinyl printing technology has given these people so much freedom. One can see all kind of alien faces displayed on these banners. You can find these banners everywhere in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. I don’t know when these cities will get rid from these banners and banner-enthusiastic political leaders. Just no one is bothered and I don’t know if any laws are there to prevent these irritant activities.
