HI FRIENDS,SO MANY PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO LOOSE WEIGHT.JUST I WANT TO GIVE TIPS WHO WILL FOLLOW THIS WILL REDUCE THEIR WEIGHT GRADUALLY AND MAINTAINS CONSTANTLY.


1.WAKE UP EARLY MORNING.TRY TO DO WALK OR EXERCISE FOR ATLEAST FOR 45MINS.THEN DRINL LUKEWARM WATER WITH LEMON&HONEY.IT WILL BOOSTS THE METABOLISM AND REMOVE THE UNWANTED TOXINS OUT.


2.DONT EVER SKIP BREAKFAST,EAT ANY KIND OF FOOD WHATEVER YOU LIKE,BUT IN LIMIT.EX:2 DOSA,4 IDLY ETC.


3.IN THE GAP BETWEEN BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.U CAN DRINK BUTTERMILK OR EAT FRUITS.


4.FOR LUNCH,TRY TO AVOID WHITE RICE IN LARGE QUANTITIES,BETTER TO ADD BROWN RICE.IF U R UNABLE TO EAT BROWN RICE MIX THE EQUAL QUANTITIES OF RICE.AND IF U R EATING A CUP OF RICE,ADD DOOUBLE CUP OF CURRIES.SO THAT FIBRE WILL HELP TO REDUCE WEIGHT LOSS


5.IN THE EVENING,DRINK A CUP OF GREEN TEA.AND EAT ALMONDS,GROUNDNUTS AND ALSO FRESH FRUITS OR VEGETABLES.


6.TRY TO EAT DINNER,AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE 9PM.


FOR DINNER,EAT ROTIS OR PHULKAS


7.BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP,DRINK BUTTERMILK WITH TRIPHALACHURNAM.
