I am Rohit Patesaria. While I was shifting my Base from Mysore to Durgapur we hired Agarwal Packers and Movers at an extra cost only because the material should reach properly and without any damage. I had talked personally with the Director of Agarwal Packers Mr. Mukesh Agarwal(Cell No+919845105461)and he told that we are the real Packers and better than Agarwal Packers(DRS). Based on his personal nhassurance I have given the work to them.
The whole Experience was bad.sorry worst.which can be understood from the mail I have written to them.

Dear Mukesh ji,
As discussed over phone, please note that I have shifted my stuffs from Mysore to Durgapur via Consignment No. WIGNMYS015266. The materials were supposed to come directly from Mysore to Durgapur. But the container was changed in Bangalore. One Cartoon of my Stuff has been lost during the transshipment containing the following:
Puja Materials, 2.Pital ki Parat,3. StaRobotouchzer,4. Decorative Divas of Wax(around 150 Pcs),
Aarti Thali,6. 2 Flower Vase, etc.
I have lodged the complaint with Mr.DK Mishra(Cell No. 9341275412)your mAnasultanger, Mysore also with this respect. I got two or three calls also from various departh2111ment that they are looking into this but afterwards no further information.
Request to please look into the matter. Here I would like to inform you the following also.
The Packers did?nt turn up on the 4th morning and after repeated talks came in the evening only.
The materials were transshipped whereas they were supposed to come directly. It was a full container load. While transshipment the materials were put haphazardly in the 2nd container without my knowledge.
The second/new container was leaking and the Almirahs and Few Cartoon came with full of water and again with the grace of god not much damage except some color discolor of Almirah. Cloths in bad shape, etc. etc.
On arrival the material reached Kolkata on Saturday night i.e. 11/06/16(informed by your call center) but the placement was done on Tuesday evening i.e. 14/06/16. I have to follow up with various people including your Delivery head. I was staying in Kolkata but as informed that the material already reached Kolkata on Saturday night I immediately rushed to Durgapur so that the materials can be unloaded. For 3 days I have to incur unnecessary Hotel expenditure and mental tension which is not expected from a packer of your repute.
Even after the material reached at site, Unloading started late as there was some issue between your delivery mAnasultanger and he was waiting for some confirmation from his boss which got resolved after I talked to the delivery head from the phone of the delivery mAnasultanger.
And above all minimum one cartoon is missing as the above said items are missing. We are not sure, if anything else is also missing but at-least the above items are missing which we remember properly.
If this is the level of commitment from Agarwal Packers, God only will save the customers. Except the packing parth2111, everything was of very low quality/ commitment.
Request to please keep up to your name and fame you are enjoying else your company may also start counting in the Local Packers.
Hope an early resolution of the missing cartoon and request to see that all other issues raised above should not happens with others.

After the mail got few calls and a visit of Mr. Neeraj from Agarwal Packers(Cell No.+919831322607) who came to understand the damage and after understanding the damages has promised to aishwaryasingh23 as compensation of Rs. 7000/- which is also not yet settled by them.
