I bought one air cooler today(23rd April 2016), Make-USHA Honeywell, Model-131000140 Price- INR 13000, Shop - Chinraj Enterprises, 26, BVK Iyengar road, Bangalore-560053. After spending good amount and selected so called BEST cooler, cheated by company like USHA. This new cooler even could not worked for 1 minute. We lodged the complaint to the shop as well as USHA customer care and did not get proper response. Pathetic product and pathetic customer service. Suggest to avoid buy any USHA product. They simple sell products and forget. Posted so that, others could not be cheated like me.
