Recetly I have shifted to Pune with a new job and booked my household to UNITED PACKERS AND MOVERS on 5.05.2010. They taken 25000 rs with a 3000 rs for insurance and assured me that this is a full load which generally took 3 days to reach pune from Noida.
I have waited for 5 days and not got the households. Aftre consecutive calls I got my goods in 13th May morning but all my goods are heavily damaged and also I have not received the 7th no goods packet and they told me that they will provide me this tomorrow. But after receiving payments they gone and no response from them. Also I have asked for insurance papers but they are not responding for which I have paid rs 3000.
And also instead they send my household in partload which is worth rs. 16000 they taken 25000 rs from me. Please advice what to do. I am helpless.
