I'm sure there is nobody, I mean no non vegiterian brothers and sisters, who dislike kerala biriyani. You can definitely follow this method and I can help you guys to prepare this tasty mouth watering biriyani. First Heat the ghee in a pan, add 1kg(for example)of choped onions and saute till golden brown colour. Now add sliced tomotaos(200g) and saute well. In the same pan, then mix ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder and biriyani masala powder. Add the chicken pieces and cook well. what I wll do is first I will fry the chicken as usual and then add rather than adding directly. because I like fried chicken most. Dont forget to add salt for taste.


Next part is, Take the rice, Ex:1kg of biriyani rice and soak it for 10 minutes in water and drain well. Mean while, you can melt the ghee in a sauce pan and add the sliced onion(little) coriander leaves, cashew nuts, kismis, bay leaves and saute till brown color, Then add water. wait till it comes to a boil ad then add rice. Then lower the heat, cover the pan with a lid and continue cook for 15 minutes.


Then take another saucepan and place the half rice into it. Now put the cooked chicken on the top of the rice. Add the remaining rice on top of the chicken. spread the contents of the pan to make an even layer. then, place a few spoons of ghee, fried onion, cashew nuts and kismis on the surface and cover. Biriyani is ready. serve it and enjoy with your family:)
