UNDUE HARASSMENTS AND CHEATING FROM TATA DOCOMO PREPAID SERVICES - FINAL WARNING

Dear nodal officer ( Tata Docomo)


Greetings for the Day!


This is S.Srinivas from Bangalore, Karnataka using Tata Docomo Prepaid Teleservices (No. 7411931979) since year 2008.


Although being an Old Customer, I am indeed very sorry to inform you that of late I am getting subjected to Undue Harassments and Monetary Losses owing to the type of Services being provided by your company. I have recharged with Rs.250 and got 250 balance with 1 Gb 3G.I confirmed the offer from customer care before recharging it. Recently I noticed there have been a deduction of Rs.79 unnecessarily. When Interacted with your customer support executives the following were intimated to me again and again :-


1) "The System is not Updated with your account credentials currently please call after sometime" when call is done after the said duration- the calls are blocked to Customer Service Number for a Day and it says "please mail to listen at Tata Docomo.com".


2) "Please hold the line while we check your account status" and the line is held for an infinite period of time after which the customer is bound to disconnect and when re- dialed calls are again blocked.


3) "XYZ services has been activated on your number on such and such date"-


4)" We cannot provide you with your complain no as we do not have access to it".


Please note that I am a Technically Educated person who will not do such things without understanding the terms and condition. My Question Now is how the balance is getting deducted even after I have got a 3G recharge done on my number.I Understand that it has become a general marketing policy of some Teleservices companies in India to cheat innocent customers who are less educated and aware of such tricks. Please note that before doing such tricks make sure with whom you are doing this - we are not uneducated/ orthodox or illiterate person who will unknowingly press some button of our cellphones. This is completely unethical and unacceptable. When complained about this issue to Customer care- it seems that my issue was not taken seriously.Such kinds of complains and reviews are available in abundance in Internet Websites all over. Request you to immediately restore my illegally deducted account balance and deactivate all "TRICKY & CHEATING" services by TATA DOCOMO within the next 48 hrs or before and commit me that such things will never ever happen in future. If there is no reply from your end within the next 24 hours I will understand that your management has turned a deaf year towards this and I will further highlight this issue to the electronic media, social networking and review websites and will approach to the consumer forum for


the necessary actions.


I am putting a Bcc of this mail to all 9500 employees of my organisation because such things have been complained by many of my co-workers especially using tata docomo services.


In my second step I shall forward the same mail to The Board of Directors For TATA Teleservices as being a native of TATANAGAR/ JAMSHEDPUR it will not be difficult for me to communicate this to Directorial Board and pull out the responsible person/s involved in this issue.


Please take this mail very seriously and as a final warning. Please do not test the patience of your customers and think that if everybody is keeping silent nothing is going to happen.


I Want an immediate reply and am waiting.
