I purchased two products from Tradus.com. One was a tripod stand for my camera and other was Vox 060 chordless MP3... both the product were of low quality. Secondly the Vox 060 Chordless was defective also... tried to call and speak the guy on Alpha Radios Delhi, they passed the buck on Tradus.com... tried calling Tradus but it seems the phone was set with the message "all representatives are busy at the moment.. your call is important...blah blah blah... and for 15 mins nobody answered.. so did not get any response.... a very bad customer service.... I am thinking of not to buy any products if there product quality and services does not imporve....
