Too Unprofessional and Customer Unfriendly

Dear All,


My intention is to update people about the kind of trouble I got in to by buying club mahindra membership. I had shared my entire experience earlier also. Here is an update.


30th December, 2015 -i paid down payment by cheque. I was assured by RM(Shadab Akhtar) that if I did not find it good, I can cancel membership in free look period of 10 days.


2nd January,2016 - I got online access to look at the properties availability. Trust me! there was no availability in any of the properties. Dubai, Bangkok, Austria was full for next 4 months and there were too many problems in availability even in Indian properties.


4th January,2016- I wrote cancellation mail request to member relationship email and also my RM over phone. I got one auto reply mail from them that they will get back to me in 2 days. However, I neither got any mail reply nor call back.


7th & 8th January,2016 - I keep on calling club's call centre(Rinku), my RM(Shadab) and their Andheri branch(telephone operator). However, I was not able to get through any of the officials. All the 3 parties told me that they are not suppose to transfer the calls as this is taken cared by different department and they will give me call back. However, no one calls back. I do not have any written mails or call back on the given subject.


9th January, 2016- I had to visit Andheri branch personally. I meet up Mr.Praveen there and wrote cancellation request personally. However, no one was able to tell me upfront on the status and they dont even allowed me talk to any senior officials. This is the situation, even when we visit Club Mahindra's office personally.


Post this, I wrote several mails and called up Andheri branch(Praveen) several times but I got no response from them.


20th January,2016- Some how I caught hold of one lady Pallavi who is in membership relationship and looking after my membership. Till now, she was hiding. I gave her final warning to release my refund cheque.


21st January,2016- Pallavi arranged one call with their Chennai call centre to convince me about changing my decision to cancel membership. I proved them that there is no availability and this membership is of no use to me.


22nd January,2016- I gave pallavi, final warning that if she does not process my refund, I will communicate this to their CEO through social media. However, this does not make any difference to their approach as they are not bothered about their reputation at all.


27th January,2016- Today, it is almost 1 month. I don't even know, if I will get my money back or not as I have not got any single communication from their side. This is too unprofessional and customer unfriendly behavior.


Kindly observe, whenever any review is written on mouth shut or any mails to them or any feedback on their website, there is an auto response from them. That is all they do for their customers.
