Don't take the connection from the Tikona because tikona is running business by providing the connection to customers and not providing the internet service only they know how to loot the people.
I had given the complaint on 21st Oct 2015 but problem is still not solved and why it is not solved you know they are telling that to repair some thing s*ht they wanted 5 working days.
One amazing thing here is that their billing and blank calls for reminders on bills were exactly punctual.
their billing cycle date is 22nd of each month but the blank callers will start calling to beg the bill amount from 15th of each month.
I would recommend don't take the Tikona connection.
