Can you think before you write,then wont write at all.

Suppose you want to buy a pen,it costs 5 rs,give exact coin,see the reaction of the owner of the shop,he dont like your cleverness,most want time factor to deliver,receive,waste of time.
with a doctor,if you are well prepared with notes,and also file of it,how can the doctor feel at ease,he dislikes your extraordinary understanding of the health problem.
The more you are experienced,it is printed on your face,this is the problem with knowledge.
There is no gain in being well informed,inteligent,well read,at ease with anyone,frank,fearless,
